چکیده

Tobacco rattle virus (TRV), member of the genus Tobravirus, is an important plant pathogen with a wide host range beyond any known viruses. It able to be transmitted by nematodes genera Trichodorus and Paratrichodorus (Trichodoridae). In this paper, rapid screening method was established for inspection TRV in seeds or other materials, combining microfluidic chip technique fluorescence detection system. The particular region (located at 496-995) strain (accession number: KP100069.1) adopted primer design, establishment improvement. Through analysis, proved specific only detecting sample infected TRV, while 7 leaf materials Tomato spot wilt (TSWV), ringspot (TRSV), Cucumber mosaic (CMV), Lily symptomless (LSV), (LMV), (ToRSV), Prunus necrotic (PNRSV), respectively, showed negative results. Sensitivity tests represented limit as low 1.00×102 copies/μL which normal PCR assays. one word, based analyzing platforms hold high promises enable high-throughput high-precision less consumption, fast detection, simple operation, multi-functional integration, small size, multiplex portability, thus promoting development biosecurity diagnostics.

Microfluidic chip for combinatorial mixing and screening of assays.

This paper reports the design, fabrication and validation of a microfluidic well plate for combinatorial screening applications. Each well within the array is comprised of two 200 picoliter compartments that each contain a photonic crystal biosensor to enable the on-chip, in situ detection of (bio-) molecular binding events. This microfluidic chip utilizes arrays of Actuate-to-Open valves to is...

The microfluidic puzzle: chip-oriented rapid prototyping.

We demonstrate a new concept for reconfigurable microfluidic devices from elementary functional units. Our approach suppresses the need for patterning, soft molding and bonding when details on a chip have to be modified. Our system has two parts, a base-platform used as a scaffold and functional modules which are combined by 'plug-and-play'. To demonstrate that our system sustains typical press...

Microfluidic Microbial Fuel Cells for Rapid Screening of Electroactive Microorganisms

This study demonstrates two microfluidic microbial fuel cells (μMFCs) for rapid screening of electroactive microorganisms. The μMFCs with Y-shaped channel determined the electroactivity by measuring the open circuit voltage (OCV) generated from different anolytes and the results indicate that electroactivity of microbes contributed 40 mV while the composition difference between streams contribu...

Rapid self-assembly of DNA on a microfluidic chip

BACKGROUND: DNA self-assembly methods have played a major role in enabling methods for acquiring genetic information without having to resort to sequencing, a relatively slow and costly procedure. However, even self-assembly processes tend to be very slow when they rely upon diffusion on a large scale. Miniaturisation and integration therefore hold the promise of greatly increasing this speed o...
